The approach
A commercial interior is read by people who did not choose to be there — a candidate in reception, a customer deciding whether to walk in, a team on their four-hundredth morning in the same room. It has to hold up to all three.
We design workplaces that state a position quietly: material that wears well under traffic, lighting that is kind at the end of a long day, and acoustics considered before the furniture is chosen rather than corrected afterwards.
